How did property prices perform – June 2020
- House sale numbers are back up to “normal”
- Time to sell is speeding up, however stats are still influenced by time spent in lockdown
- Median sale price increased year on year
- Median sale price dropped when compared to last month, (more properties under $500,000 being sold than previous month and too early to spot a trend of any fall in property prices).
